If you had told me less than a year ago that I would become a spiritual healer, I’d have laughed in your face and asked if you were feeling okay.
Aren’t spiritual folk the kind who frolic in the woods, dancing around campfires surrounded by crystals?
After finally surrendering to a lifelong battle with anxiety, depression, and—more recently—professional burnout from working long hours for over a decade as an environmental scientist, I found myself sitting in a psychologist’s office for the first time in my 30s, thinking, How did I get here?
After just a handful of sessions, I remember thinking, This seriously cannot be the solution. How could this be the best the medical system had to offer? It was then, in that darkness, that something awakened. The pain, the trauma, the unraveling of everything I thought defined me—it all led to a profound spiritual awakening: a kundalini one.
I know that might sound a little woo-woo, but it’s the truth. Stay with me.
In July 2024, I was working from home, sitting at my desk, when I was suddenly overtaken by the most beautiful sensation. It moved up my spine, through my chest, and out the top of my head. I saw a white light and was flooded with a feeling of pure ecstasy. You’ve probably heard stories of spiritual gurus reaching enlightenment and experiencing complete bliss—and like you, I once thought that was folklore. But what happened that day changed my life.
It thrust me into the unknown, spiraling between euphoric highs and the deepest lows. It sent me on a journey to understand what was happening, why it was happening, and whether others had experienced anything similar. Why was no one really talking about this? Was there a scientific explanation—or had I imagined the whole thing?
This quest led me to dive deep into research—devouring books, podcasts, and anything that could shed light on what I was experiencing. Through this exploration, I discovered Quantum Empathy Technique™ (QET), a transformative modality that supported me through my transition and helped shape who I am today.
Now, I dedicate my time to guiding others through the often challenging and deeply transformative process of spiritual awakening—in a way that’s grounded, realistic, and pragmatic.
